EU/UK 14-day cooling-off period, withdrawal rights: Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. In accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, for any item to qualify or a refund, return or exchange, must be in the same condition that it was received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Customers must submit the sales receipt with order number or proof of purchase by email to for a refund, return or exchange.
